It seems like he is also using the Nova Launcher, a minimal setup with a dope wallpaper. The icons are from the icon pack called Flora Icon Pack. The widget is from Ornate KWGT pack, widget number 64 to be exact.

You can also do this with other launchers.

Note: KWGT widget packs like these requires KWGT pro.
