He is rocking with the Nova Launcher as well. The icons are from Crayon Icon Pack by the developer @justnewdesigns. The top widgets above the icons are from Ornate KWGT, widget93 to be exact. The bottom widget is a custom-made one. The wallpaper is actually from a Cool wallpaper app called One4wall app. The wallpaper is number as 8 (wallpaper 8). The Nova Backup is also available down below.
You can also do this with other launchers.
