He is using Nova Launcher as the launcher for home screen, The top widget is from Odisea KWGT, and the bottom widget is from Snake KWGT, to be exact widget number 029 (S029). These are used for KWGT Kustom Widget Maker. The red arrows on the Snake KWGT also opens the app drawer. He is using Dark Polo icon pack for this setup.
Note: KWGT widget packs like these requires KWGT pro.
