He did this Setup on the OnePlus Launcher, so it means he is using an OnePlus device. But you can also do this setup with other Launchers. He used Odisea KWGT for the day widget, Ornate KWGT for the Golden Apps widget and Mini music KWGT for the music widget. To be exact Odisea widget 111, Ornate widget 50 and Mini music 19. These KWGT packs are used for KWGT Kustom Widget maker. He is also using a dock in the home screen, The icons in the dock are from Lines free – icon pack. The wallpaper is actually from unsplash, I have also included the download link below.
Note: KWGT widget packs like these requires KWGT pro.
