This is not an iPhone, this setup is actually done with Lawnchair launcher but you can also do this with other launchers like Nova Launcher, etc., He got the wallpaper from the zedge app. The widget is made up of widgets from iOS widgets for KWGT pack. The dock is also from that widget. He used all the widgets and came up with this iOS 14 look.
You can also do this with other launchers.
Note: KWGT widget packs like these requires KWGT pro.
